It's a sacred parlance

A love on the table
A love on the vine
Two souls unstable
Souls intertwined
I guess I know not why it heals us so

Each flavor we elect
To throw onto the flames
They are each of our children
They bear each of our names
The pan is warming up
Simmering the stew
It's one part me
