Suddenly, everything just went quiet
As if there was a switch that has been flipped
The internal hurricane immediately stopped turning Frozen in midair I′m levitating in the eye of a storm on hold
A feeble ray of friendly sunshine penetrates my heart
And my lungs gasp like I was only one second away from drowning

And yet, it is just a pause button that has been chemically pushed
The world remains the same with all its troubles and sorrows
And as soon as the natural balance of the neurotransmitters
Has been reestablished, it will all come back with a vengeance
