With my last breath I smother the cheerful light
Further down the forked path


As air vibrates with sacred chants
I call thee, o great Chthonic Sun
Come forth, o serpent of thousand scales
Slither now through veins of night

Until doubt turns into ashes
And flows like black waters of Styx
Until your Word unites the void
I give myself into the great unknown

And as the portals opened
Dreamlike visions sprung before my eyes
And as above, so below in the bowels of the earth
The secrets of the abyss I enshrine
I call you, o spirits of the Aethyr
Ignite now the viridian flame and burn away the flesh
