I stood upon the sand of the sea and saw a beast
Rise up out of the sea
And I saw one of his heads as it was wounded to death
And his deadly wound was healed
And all the world wondered after the beast
And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast
And they worshipped the beast, saying:
Who is like unto the beast?
Who is able to make war with him?

And the dragon gave him his power

Rise up out of the sea

The faith of the saints

Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast
For it is the number of a man
And his number is six hundred
All on the earth in the sight of men
Let him hear

They should make an image to the beast
And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast
