The room is dark as you cry
The air is heavy lit by fireflies
Eyes wide and bright as an owl
How are you a stranger to yourself?
You don′t have to force out a cry
This was no good for you, no you don't have to lie
Don′t live knee deep in doubt
Your lies will tie you down


You're not the one to forgive
You don't know the inside or know who I am
Your poetry lies in your words
A silver tongue has become your curse
Nothing but a martyr and a snake
How much guilt can you take?
Get off your fucking cross
Your death isn′t anyone′s loss

I love you but time is passing you by
Waste it in sorrow
Waste it in lies
Please let my sun rise it aches and it cries
Not to be hollow
But to scream bright
Bright
Bright

Rings of smoke fly into the night
Light up the sky
To reveal lies
Crumble as you lose your mind
Tangled thoughts and webs you find
Taught to learn and keep in line
