Uncertainty is a state of being where
Something either not know or not decided
When something is unknown and not decided
Relative to a circumstance that causes us stress or pain
It makes us feel vulnerable
The circumstances you are experiencing Are not the cause of your suffering
The cause of your suffering is the thought
That what is happening should not be happening
Or is not supposed to be happening
Instead of certainty live with curiosity about what would happen
Approach the world an attitude of "I wonder what will happen"
