If there was a time, it′s come and gone
Our curses and crimes are all in stone
When there's nothing else that we can give
We give of ourselves

I want to believe it, whatever it is
A cosmic reunion, eternal abyss
A mirror can never be what it reflects
A memory can be more than what it projects

So far and so long the light will fall
On shadows of songs in haunted halls
Will it follow us into the air
Or settle like dust
