Thank God There Is a Train Songtext

Thank God There Is a Train Songtext
Maybe today I take that train
Far out west till I again feel sane
Raise some cain or drain my veins
Oh thank God there is a train
I see you standing there at the end of the line
The wind throwing your hair into your eyes
But I long to take that train to the other side
I always thought I′d go back there again
Raise some kids or bring life to an end
No matter what I do I never win
Maybe today I take that train
Far out west till I again feel sane
Raise some cain or drain my veins
Oh thank God there is a train
I'm feeling kinda rusty and I′m dry
Why does everything end in a fight
How come I'm always wrong, you're always right
The engineer says hey, it′s the end of the line
If you can′t pay the price, then you can't ride
I know you′re waiting there and you'll look fine
Maybe today I take that train
Far out west till I again feel sane
Raise some cain or drain my veins
Oh thank God there is a train
Far out west till I again feel sane
Raise some cain or drain my veins
Oh thank God there is a train
I see you standing there at the end of the line
The wind throwing your hair into your eyes
But I long to take that train to the other side
I always thought I′d go back there again
Raise some kids or bring life to an end
No matter what I do I never win
Maybe today I take that train
Far out west till I again feel sane
Raise some cain or drain my veins
Oh thank God there is a train
I'm feeling kinda rusty and I′m dry
Why does everything end in a fight
How come I'm always wrong, you're always right
The engineer says hey, it′s the end of the line
If you can′t pay the price, then you can't ride
I know you′re waiting there and you'll look fine
Maybe today I take that train
Far out west till I again feel sane
Raise some cain or drain my veins
Oh thank God there is a train
